David Manchee, Principal

Dave has held management positions with prominent national and international media companies in a variety of U.S. markets.  Early in his management career, he recognized the overriding importance of recruiting individuals who displayed both the art of persuasion and the drive to one day succeed him.  He retains this philosophy when looking for tomorrow's future leaders, incorporating a deep understanding of a client's needs and using that knowledge to deliver great talent.  Dave values his business relationships with senior and executive-level managers across all marketing communication disciplines, both domestically and abroad.

Dave founded Manchee Media where he provided sales representation and consulting to both leading and emerging next-generation media companies.  At Microsoft MSN, he recruited strong digital talent as manager of the southwest regional sales team.  As Director of Sales at The Wall Street Journal International, Dave rebuilt and trained a very successful sales team and at Newsweek he was named 1999 Manager of the Year.

Dave holds a B.A. in Journalism from The University of Georgia and a M.B.A. from Kent State University.  He and his wife Kathy have three married children and live in Plano, Texas.

Roger Tremblay, Principal

Roger is a search industry expert who headed up the marketing and communications practice at Allen Austin Global Executive Search before founding PointClear Search.  He has successfully partnered with numerous companies to place both senior level managers and C-level executives, leveraging his vast network of contacts all over the U.S.  Having spent 35+ years as an executive in the advertising and media world, he approaches each search with a unique understanding of the client's needs.

Roger spent his media sales and management career in executive roles at The Wall Street Journal, Southern Living, Texas Monthly, Chicago Magazine, Sports Illustrated and Media Networks.  He co-founded Kelly/Tremblay & Co., working with his partner to grow what would become the largest single office independent media brokerage firm in the country.

Roger holds B.A. and M.A. degrees from Michigan State University.  He is a member of the Alumni Board of Directors of the MSU College of Communication Arts and Sciences and was recently awarded The Alumni Service Award by the University.  He was just appointed to the International Advisory Board of the MSU Alumni Associate and is actively involved in many philanthropic endeavors.  He and his wife Gayle reside in Dallas, Texas.

Linda Tuttle, Senior Recruiter

Linda is originally from the Great Lakes State, Michigan.  She graduated from Central Michigan University with a B.A. degree in Broadcasting/Communications. After relocating to Atlanta, she began her media sales/marketing career for Lincoln FinancialMedia (WSTR-FM) where spent many successful years in media sales. As the digital advertising landscape grew, Linda changed her career focus in the digital advertising agency world as a Senior Media Planner/Buyer prior to joining PointClear Search as Sr. Recruiter in 2014.  

Linda's greatest professional satisfaction comes from helping clients and candidates alike in all aspects of career growth in the media/marketing/online community. Her many years of expertise in media along with her large network of contacts are the foundation for her success in placing the right people on the right career paths.  Linda is an active member of several organizations including the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association and she specializes in research, networking and career placement.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children in Atlanta. 

Gayle Tremblay, Partner

Gayle is a former Neiman Marcus executive who spent 25+ years as an officer of the company.  She managed three very successful retail stores, led the launch of NeimanMarcus.com and oversaw the management and merchandising of the multi-channel Last Call Division. She has extensive experience in developing imaginative solutions to difficult challenges and understands what it takes to be a leader in today's business environment.  Gayle has a track record of exceeding customer expectations and hiring and developing strong teams.  Many of her former direct reports moved on to be officers at Neiman Marcus today.

Gayle has served on the boards of numerous non-profit and professional associations and has been involved in many charitable fund-raising projects.  She has been a featured speaker at several retail symposiums and university lecture series.  A native of Texas, Gayle resides in Dallas with her husband Roger.
